To retrieve a new password for your login account, please follow the steps below:

You need to specify your e-mail address. If you have multiple e-mail addresses in use, choose one which is associated to your login account. |

You receive an e-mail that contains your account name and a link. |
| 3. |
Click on that link. You will then receive a second e-mail that contains your new password. |
| 4. |
NOTE: It can take up to 60 minutes until you can you use your account again. |
