IFA 2007 
08/2007: To see how digital life will change in the future, visitors can take a look at "Your world of tomorrow". Deutsche Telekom Laboratories are exhibiting at IFA 2007 from 31st August to 5th September 2007 at Berlin's exhibition grounds.
 
 

The digital life of today has been presented by Deutsche Telekom on their stand (hall 6.2, booth 103). Here, visitors got to know among other exhibits the new T-Home service - telephone, Internet and TV in a single package.

To see how digital life will change in the future, visitors could take a look at "Your world of tomorrow". Deutsche Telekom Laboratories were exhibiting at IFA 2007 from 31st August to 5th September 2007 at Berlin's exhibition grounds.

For the second time, this institute within Berlin’s Technical University was exhibiting at one of the largest worldwide fairs for consumer electronics - the IFA 2007.

On stand 16 in hall 5.3, in the technical & scientific forum (TWF), Deutsche Telekom Laboratories, together with scientists from Berlin's Technical University and other partners, were presenting the results of the following research & development projects:

  • iNews - Receive your personalised electronic newspaper wherever you are.
  • IPTV-Shopping - Go shopping with your remote control.
  • Multimodal MediaScout - Search for media content intuitively and multimodally. 
  • Seamless Mobility - Using personalised, uninterrupted multimedia services.
  • Spree - Direct conversation with experts.
  • Superdistribution 2.0 - Distributing self-produced contents safely within communities. 
  • IPTV Telephony - Use your TV for voice and video telephony.
  • Targeted IPTV Advertisement - Receive tailor-made advertising.
  • Virtual City Guide - Identify objects and locations with your mobile phone.
  • WikEye - The intelligent magnifying glass for town maps. 

In addition to this, experts from the Deutsche Telekom Laboratories were offering a variety of presentations in "Talk in TWF":
