Dr. Raimund Schmolze
Dr. Raimund Schmolze is provisionally responsible for the Cross-domain Middleware innovation field as vice president at the Telekom Innovation Laboratories. This includes the "Smart Energy", "Security", "Home Platforms" and "Business Web" project fields. His tasks include the further development of Deutsche Telekom's home management platforms and the development of innovative energy control solutions, along with industry 4.0 approaches for corporate customers.
Dr. Schmolze has been with Deutsche Telekom since 2003 and held a range of management positions in Marketing and Business Development at the company before joining T-Labs in 2009. There, he founded the Creation Center, an internal consultancy for the systematic development of new product ideas. Before working for Deutsche Telekom, he was a consultant for the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company inVienna, Amsterdam and Hamburg.
Dr. Schmolze studied in Germany, Israel, Michigan and the UK, gaining his doctorate from the London School of Economics.
