Dr. Raimund Schmolze-Krahn is Vice President at the Deutsche Telekom Innovation Laboratories. He joined Deutsche Telekom in 2003 and worked in a number of leadership roles in marketing and innovation prior to joining T-Labs in 2009. He is the founder of the Creation Center of Deutsche Telekom AG, an internal consulting unit for the systematic development of new product ideas. Dr. Schmolze-Krahn is member of the supervisory board of Digital Hub Bonn AG, Digital Expert of the Cologne Center for Ethics, Economics and Social Science of Health (Ceres) and he is member of the leadership board of the Fortschrittskollegs GROW of the University of Cologne. He is a member of the board of trustees of the German foundation for Bible and Arts (Stiftung Bibel und Kultur) and he is the founder and member of the board of trustees of the Art Collection Telekom.
Prior to joining Deutsche Telekom Dr.Schmolze-Krahn was a management consultant for McKinsey & Company in Vienna, Amsterdam and Hamburg and he still advises start-ups and non-profit organizations. Dr. Schmolze-Krahn studied in Germany, Israel, Michigan and Great Britain and obtained his PhD in Organizational Psychology at the London School of Economics.
